Your Jewellery

Is your jewellery actually waterproof?

Yep! Swim, surf, sweat, or shower. Our pieces are made to go wherever you do. No fading, flaking, going green or rusty. Waterproof, worry-free.

What’s it made from?

We use recycled stainless steel, coated in a super-durable PVD finish (translation: shiny, strong, and here for the long haul).

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Totally. No nasties. Just good looking jewellery that won’t irritate your skin.

Will the gold or onyx fade over time?

Nope. Our gold is locked in with a fancy PVD coating which is way stronger than traditional plating. It’s the good stuff.

Seriously, what is PVD Coating?

PVD uses vacuum technology to vaporize metal particles, which are then bonded onto the surface of your jewellery at a molecular level. This is done in a controlled, high-temperature chamber, where the coating becomes part of the base metal. This means its not just a surface layer like traditional plating.

Are the engravings and textures real or just printed on?

Real. Each piece is made from a mold, designed by us and is unique to its tide.

Size & Fit

How long are the necklaces?

Our standard ladies chain measures 51 cm with a 5 cm extender, designed to move with you — easy to layer, adjust, and wear your way.

Our layering chains are intentionally shorter, created to sit closer and build rhythm across the neckline. Each has its own role, so we recommend checking the individual product pages for exact details.

Can I get a different chain style or length?

We’ve got a few layering options, and we’re always adding more. Need something custom? Shoot us a message before ordering and we’ll see what we can do!

How long are the bracelets?

Our bracelets measure 180 mm with a 30 mm extender, offering flexibility and ease of wear across the wrist. Crafted in a 1.9 mm paperclip chain, the design feels refined yet confident.

Finished with our signature TidePhase tag, each bracelet becomes more than a chain. It’s a considered adornment for the wrist — something to wear daily, layer effortlessly, and let move with you through every tide.

How long are the anklets?

Our signature Flow anklet measures 220 mm with a 30 mm extender, designed to sit comfortably at the ankle with an easy, fluid drape.

The Flow pendant measures 25 mm long and 0.94 mm wide, adding a subtle point of movement — light, refined, and quietly expressive as you walk.

What size are the Men's Bracelets?

Our men’s bracelets are designed in a Medium–Large fit, offering a comfortable, balanced feel on most wrists.

Leather Bracelet: 200 mm long, 12 mm wide

Cuban Bracelet: 200 mm long, 10 mm wide

Flow Pendant: 40 mm long, 15 mm wide

This sizing suits the majority of men who prefer a confident, relaxed fit without excess movement.

We’ll be introducing an Extra Large option soon, featuring a brand-new design created specifically for a larger wrist. Be sure to check back — it’s one we cant wait for the Tide to arrive on.

How should the Men's bracelets fit on the wrist?

Our bracelets are designed to feel comfortable and intentional. They should sit securely on the wrist, with a little natural movement, without feeling restrictive or slipping excessively.

It’s a fit that moves with you — steady, easy, and made for everyday wear, gym, surf, work - you wont want to take it off!

How do I measure my wrist?

You can measure your wrist using a soft tape measure or a piece of string. Wrap it comfortably around your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet, then measure the length.

We recommend allowing a little extra room for comfort — bracelets should feel natural, not restrictive.

Do the leather and Cuban bracelets fit differently?

They share the same length, but the experience of wearing them is distinct. The leather bracelet has a more structured feel at first, sitting slightly closer to the wrist due to the thickness of the leather. Over time, it softens and moulds to you, becoming increasingly comfortable — a piece that evolves with wear.

The Cuban bracelet feels more fluid and relaxed from the start, with a slimmer profile and a solid, weighted presence. Both are designed to sit securely and comfortably, offering two different expressions of balance: one that settles in over time, and one that moves freely from day one.

Will you offer other sizes in the future?

Yes. We’re currently developing an Extra Large men’s bracelet in a brand-new design, created specifically for a larger wrist rather than simply scaling up an existing piece.

Is the Men's bracelet suitable as a gift if I don’t know their wrist size?

Yes. Our Medium–Large men’s bracelets are designed to suit most wrists, making them a thoughtful and easy gift choice. If you’re gifting for someone with a larger wrist, our upcoming Extra Large option will offer another considered alternative.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

We pack and ship within 1–3 business days. In Australia you’ll usually have it within 3–6 days. International - give it 7–10 days, depending on where you are.

Do you ship internationally?

Sure do! We currently ship to New Zealand and a bunch of other countries. Rates and timeframes pop up at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your piece ships, we’ll send you a tracking link. Keep an eye on your inbox (or your spam folder because emails love hiding there).

Where do you ship from?

All TidePhase orders are shipped from our TidePhase HQ on the sunny Gold Coast. We ensures each piece is packed thoughtfully before it reaches you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Australia is free! You’ll always see the full cost before completing your order — no surprises.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible via our Contact Us Page or send us a WhatsApp We’ll always do our best to help, but once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Fix-Ups

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days as long as your piece is unworn and in original condition. Changed your mind? We get it. Reach out and we’ll help.

What if something’s wrong with my order?

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty (rare, but it happens), email us at hi@tidephase.com.au with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it fast.

Is there a warranty?

Absolutely. You’re covered for 12 months against any colour fading, clasp drama, or defects. We’ve got your back (and your neck, technically).

Can I send this as a gift?

Yes! You can leave a gift message at checkout and we’ll make sure the box looks beautiful and there is a hand written card with your special message (no additional cost for a card - this is included, of course).

Can I wear more than one tide at once?

Absolutely! There’s no single “correct” tide, and no rules to follow. Tides change, and so do we.

You can wear the same tide for years, or move between different ones as life evolves. We love to layer multiple tides to reflect different parts of our story. What matters most is that it feels meaningful to you.

Does my Tidephase ever change?

It can... tides are meant to shift.
Just as the ocean moves through moments of stillness, pull, release, and rise, so do we.

Some people return to the same tide again and again, finding comfort in its rhythm. Others notice their tide changing as life brings new seasons, currents, or clarity.

There’s no tide you’re meant to outgrow, and no rush toward the next one.

How do we Find Your Tide?

The tides are shaped by the moon’s gravitational pull as it moves through a continuous cycle around the Earth.
Rather than dividing this natural rhythm by exact dates, our Tide Finder interprets the cycle into six equal phases, each representing a distinct state of energy, reflection, and movement.

This intentional approach honours every Tide equally, just as every phase of life deserves space, meaning, and balance.

Why are their six tides?

In the ocean, tides are driven by the moon’s gravitational pull, creating a continuous pattern of rising and falling water. Most coastlines experience two high tides and two low tides each day, alongside natural shifts in tidal strength across the lunar month.

TidePhase reflects this broader ocean rhythm by recognising six distinct tidal states: rising, high, falling, low, spring, and neap. Together, they represent the full movement and energy of the tides, rather than a single moment in time. Find your Tide

Sustainability & Ethics

Are your materials sustainable?

Yes. We use recycled stainless steel, recycled paper, organic cotton, 100% recyclable aluminium tins, and long-lasting finishes that reduce waste. And we don't overproduce. Slow, thoughtful design is our thing.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

100%. Our boxes are made to be kept. Our pouches are made from organic cotton. Even our cards are recyclable — if you can bring yourself to throw them away.

Where is everything made?

We design in Australia and work with a trusted, ethical manufacturing partners overseas. They help bring our ideas to life, with quality we stand behind.
